Our studios are located at The Mill in Glenville and at the Greenwich Water Club in Cos Cob. We offer a wide variety of yoga styles with the focus on developing awareness of your self and your body.
Greenwich Yoga is located at The Mill, a beautiful historic complex on the banks of the Byram River in Greenwich, Connecticut. Tucked away in an ancient forest next to a roaring waterfall, Greenwich Yoga proffers a small piece of serenity and respite, worlds beyond and yet just minutes away from the hurried pace of town. There is plenty of free parking in and around The Mill.
From Putnam Avenue/The Post Road in Downtown Greenwich:
At the Greenwich Library, take a right onto Deerfield Road - Follow to the Lake Avenue Rotary Circle. Take the third right off the circle onto Glenville Road. Follow Glenville Road about 1.9 miles and take a left onto Pemberwick Road. We are located in the 3rd parking lot on the right and you can park in all of them.
From the Merritt Southbound:
Take Exit 27S - (King Street) - Turn sharp right off ramp. At next stop sign turn right onto King Street. Follow King Street to the 3rd light and turn left onto Glenville Road. Follow down hill through the light, past Stop N Shop. Straight on Glenville Road, past firehouse. Make a right onto Pemberwick Road. We are located in the 3rd parking lot on the right and you can park in all of them.
From the Hutchinson River Parkway / Merritt Northbound:
Take Exit 30S (King St./Port Chester) - Right at the end of the ramp onto King St. (Rte 120). Follow King St. to the 3rd light and turn left onto Glenville Road. Follow Glenville Road down hill through the light, past Stop N Shop. Then stay straight on Glenville Road past the firehouse. Take the 1st right past the firehouse onto Pemberwick Road. We are located in the 3rd parking lot on the right and you can park in all of them.
From Rye Brook/King Street:
Glenville Road T-intersects King St. 3 stoplights South of The Hutch/Merritt Parkway. Take Glenville Road down hill through the light, past Stop N Shop. Then stay straight on Glenville Road past the firehouse. Take the 1st right past the firehouse onto Pemberwick Road, we are the 3rd parking lot on the right. We are located in the 3rd parking lot on the right and you can park in all of them.
From I-95, Southbound:
Take Exit 2 - Byram. Just as the ramp ends, before the light, turn right on
Byram Road. Follow Byram Road approx. 1/2 mile to West Putnam. Turn right.
Make a quick left on Pemberwick Road and continue for almost a mile. We are
located in the 2nd parking lot on the left. There is additional parking
further up the road.
From I-95, Northbound:
Take Exit 2 - Byram. Continue down the ramp to a stop sign. Turn left on
Delavan, continue under the highway and make the first right on the Frontage
road. Take an immediate left onto Byram Road. Follow Byram Road approx. 1/2
mile to West Putnam. Turn right. Make a quick left on Pemberwick Road and
continue for almost a mile. We are located in the 2nd parking lot on the
left. There is additional parking further up the road.
Our new studio is located at the Greenwich Water Club. Located on the beautiful banks of the Mianus River in picturesque Cos Cob, CT, the Greenwich Water Club embodies the pure bliss of life on the water. This unique, four-season, waterfront retreat and recreational facility for men, women, and children offers something for everyone. State-of-the-art rowing equipment, erging rooms, an elite, full spectrum fitness center with fitness experts and personal trainers readily available, and a heated NCAA-size pool are sure to please the athlete and serious sports enthusiast or the beginner. There are Club boats available for fishing and fun, as well as kayaks and bicycles for families.
From I-95 (North or Southbound)
Take I-95 to Exit 5. At the top of the ramp, turn left onto Route 1 (East Putnam Avenue). Go straight to the third traffic light (just over the bridge) and turn left onto River Road. Our studio is located inside the Greenwich Water Club which is located 1/10th of a mile on the left-hand side of the road at the Beacon Point Marina.
